Six years in fintech and enterprise software, starting in support and ending up deciding what gets built. I began fixing live ERP deployments, wrote ERP requirements as a BA, moved into data at Purplle, then spent two years building B2B procurement tools from scratch at Expenzing. Now I own an AI risk platform at KPMG. I sit between business, engineering and QA, and I write specs that do not need a follow-up call.

Decision cycle time down 16 percent, reporting accuracy up 28 percent, reporting time down 22 percent via Power BI and SQL dashboards. 90 percent adoption with 95 percent of milestones on time.
