I turn messy operational work into software people open on a Monday morning.

By day I ship AI risk analytics at KPMG. The rest of the time I build products for people software forgot: garage owners, grandparents, families buying their first alarm.

Things I am building

PitStop

Building

Garage management for Indian workshops. Job cards, customer approvals, GST invoicing and UPI, built for a service advisor with oily hands and a queue at the counter.

Saathi

Live beta

A voice companion for elderly Indian users. It speaks Malayalam and Telugu, the type is enormous, and the family sets it up from another continent.

Roko

Prototype

Home security hardware for the Indian market. An alarm panel, sensors and an app, priced for a family that has never bought a security system before.

Work

Present

KPMG

Product Manager, AI risk analytics

Shipping an analytics platform used by risk teams, sitting between data science, engineering and the partners who have to trust the output.

Earlier

Expenzing

Product, procure to pay and loan origination

Enterprise workflow software where the approval chain is the product. Most of fintech is modelling somebody's policy document correctly the first time.

How I work

Discovery

Start at the counter

Everything useful I have shipped came from standing where the work happens and watching what people do instead of what they say they do.

Scope

Ship the boring part first

Data model, permissions, the ugly edge cases. Get those right and the rest of the roadmap stops fighting you six months later.

Outcome

Adoption is the metric

A feature nobody opens is a feature that does not exist. I care about the second week of usage far more than the launch.

Currently open

Let's talk.

Product roles in India, the Gulf and the US, or anything vertical SaaS shaped. Also happy to talk about garages, alarm panels or Malayalam cinema.
